Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Riteflix. It explains the rules for using the Riteflix website, apps, profiles, and streaming services (the "Service"). By creating an account, selecting a profile, or using Riteflix, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Who This Agreement Applies To

This Agreement applies to all users who access Riteflix, including account owners, profile users, and households using one subscription.

2. Service Overview

Riteflix provides on-demand streaming, profile-based personalization, recommendations, continue-watching, and related account features. Some features depend on your plan, device, and location.

3. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to accept this Agreement under your local law. If minors use your account, the account owner is responsible for their usage and controls.

4. Account and Profile Responsibility

You are responsible for your login credentials, account security, and all actions taken from your account and profiles. Keep account information accurate and up to date.

5. Plans, Billing, and Renewals

Paid plans are billed based on the plan and billing cycle you choose. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation or change. Prices, taxes, and billing details are shown in checkout/account pages.

6. Free, Trial, and Ad-Supported Access

Riteflix may offer free titles, trial windows, or ad-supported playback. Eligibility and availability may vary by user, title, device, profile, and region.

7. Plan Changes, Downgrades, and Cancellation

You can change, downgrade, or cancel based on options shown in your account. Changes may apply immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the selected plan terms shown at action time.

8. Playback and Content Availability

Catalog, trailers, subtitles, and quality options may change at any time due to licensing, legal, technical, and business reasons. Riteflix does not guarantee that any specific title will remain available.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes bypassing access controls, scraping data, redistributing content, uploading malicious code, abusing community tools, or violating laws or third-party rights.

10. Community Reviews and Comments

If you submit reviews/comments, you allow Riteflix to store, moderate, and display that content for Service operation. You must only post lawful, respectful, and non-infringing content.

11. Kids Profiles and Parental Controls

Riteflix may provide kids profiles, PIN controls, and time management features. These tools assist households but do not replace parental supervision. Account owners remain responsible for profile setup and use.

12. Security and Verification

Riteflix may require verification codes, email confirmation, and re-authentication for sensitive account actions. You agree to complete these security checks when requested.

13. Intellectual Property

Riteflix and its licensors own the platform software, interface, branding, and metadata. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

14. Third-Party Services

Riteflix may integrate third-party services for payments, communications, analytics, hosting, and delivery. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

15. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of Riteflix is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge processing of account, profile, playback, and technical data needed to run and secure the platform.

16. Suspension or Termination

Riteflix may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for Agreement violations, fraud/abuse, security concerns, legal obligations, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time.

17. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, Riteflix disclaims warranties including uninterrupted availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Riteflix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or profits related to Service use.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Riteflix from claims and losses arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of this Agreement, or violation of third-party rights.

20. Changes to This Agreement

Riteflix may update this Agreement. Updates are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised terms.

21. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable law in Riteflix's operating jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law states otherwise.
