Terms of Use
Last Updated: February 17, 2026
Welcome to Riteflix. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Riteflix website, apps, and streaming services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. Profiles and Household Use
Riteflix may allow multiple profiles under one account. Profile features, including Kids profiles, are provided for convenience and parental control. You are responsible for all profile activity under your account.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Plan Changes
Some content and features require a paid plan. Subscription fees, billing cycle, taxes, and plan details are shown at checkout and in your account. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You can change or cancel your plan in your account settings, subject to applicable billing terms shown at the time of purchase.
4. Free and Ad-Supported Access
Riteflix may offer free, trial, or ad-supported access for some users or content. Availability may vary by title, location, plan, and promotional eligibility. Ad delivery and frequency may be managed by account and system settings.
5. License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, Riteflix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, display, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service except as expressly allowed by law.
6. Content Availability and Quality
Titles, trailers, language options, subtitles, and quality formats may change at any time. Content availability depends on licensing rights, region, subscription tier, and technical conditions. Riteflix does not guarantee that specific titles will always be available.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- circumventing security, geographic, or access controls;
- using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data or abuse the Service;
- uploading malware or harmful code;
- infringing intellectual property or privacy rights;
- harassing, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful behavior in community features.
8. Reviews, Comments, and Community Features
If you submit reviews, comments, or other user content, you grant Riteflix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, branding, graphics, and content metadata, is owned by Riteflix or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party tools or services (for example, payment processors, video hosts, or analytics providers). Riteflix is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or availability.
11. Suspension and Termination
Riteflix may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, fail to pay applicable fees, or where required for legal, operational, or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel subscriptions through your account.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riteflix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riteflix and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Riteflix and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
15. Changes to These Terms
Riteflix may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.
